I grew up around the real estate business, studied Urban Planning at Frostburg State and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

Helping Sellers price their home right, set up a marketing plan to follow and selling in Today’s Market is actually lots of fun. Working with 1st Time Buyers, especially young people is not only rewarding but something I enjoy and that I am good at.

I like to offer personal service to Buyers and Sellers. Buyers need someone who cares about helping people figure out what they want and how to find it. But it doesn’t stop there – they need someone to help negotiate a good deal for them. That’s exactly what I do as a Buyer’s Agent.

Sellers need someone to talk straight and tell them what they need to hear so they price their property to be competitive and then I market the property to sell.
