History
Simone Real Estate was originally founded as Tenant Buyer Homes in 1991 by Vito Simone. Tenant Buyer Homes was established to help people achieve first time homeownership. The company name was changed to Simone Real Estate in 2002, and has since expanded to meet the growing demands of our investor/developer clients as well as to service second and third time home buyers. Over the years, Simone Real Estate has helped over 1,000 families achieve homeownership.
